Lions Club Alem De Margao to get new panel

Lions Club of Alem De Margao will host their 46th Installation Ceremony on July 8 at the Daivadnya Bhavan, Margao. Social Welfare and River Navigation Minister Subhash Phal Dessai will be the Chief Guest. The proceedings will commence at 7 pm. Aditi Korgaonkar, an Architect from Margao, will assume the oath of office from the outgoing President of Club Shanti Naik. Aditi Korgaonkar, a founder of Tathastu Constructions, is the youngest president to be elected to the Club. Newly elected Executive Committee members will be administered the oath of office. The programme is organised in collaboration with the Lions Club, Salcete.

Sandal and URS programme on July 9,10

PANAJIHazrat Mohammed Hamza Shah Sunni Jamatul Muslameen will be celebrating the Annual Sandal and URS of Hazrat Mohammed Hamza Shah Dargah at Betim, Bardez on July 9 and 10. On July 9, the Sandal programme will begin at 7.30 pm and on July 10, URS (Vaaz Programme) will be celebrated from 8.30 pm onwards. The main speaker will be Hazrat Allama Muhammad Nurul Ain from Islampur, Sangli. All Muslim brothers are invited to attend this programme and learn from Hazrat.
