Lokmanya Arthapurti Deposit Scheme launched

Following good responses to various schemes of Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-op Society in the financial year 2021-2022, Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-op Society has launched a fixed deposit scheme with great returns "Lokmanya Arthapurti Deposit Scheme" for its members with effect from July 1, to be operational till September 30. The scheme offers attractive interest rates of 9% on 18-month investments. Members can invest a minimum of Rs 10,000 or in multiples of Rs 1,000. There is no ceiling on the maximum amount of deposit. The scheme will provide half a per cent extra interest for senior citizens and offers half a per cent extra interest on a single receipt investment of Rs 10 lakh or more. However, depositors cannot claim both the benefits of senior citizen and bulk deposit at once and in such cases, either of the benefits shall be considered. Under certain terms and conditions, the ‘Lokmanya Arthapurti Deposit Scheme’ also provides a facility of premature closure.
