In the recently concluded fourth cycle of assessment by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), MES College of Arts & Commerce has been accredited with a B+ grade with a CGPA of 2.68 (on a four-point scale).
The assessment which was due in 2019-20 had to be postponed due to the pandemic. While the SSR report had been sent within the stipulated period, the peer team visit concluded recently.
The college had previously undergone three cycles of assessment and the present fourth cycle earned the college a higher grade than the third cycle.
The management, staff and stakeholders were delighted with the results and as the college enters its 50th year in 2022, there are plans to strive for the best in the future.
