Theatre Flamingo recently conducted a residential theatre workshop for actors at Canacona. The workshop focused on actors’ voice with Qi-Gong, Navarasa, Kalaripayttu with studio work and site-specific exploration for awakening senses. The workshop activities were “ exploring rasa, Navarasas practicals, Kalaripayattu, Qi-Gong, voice work, body flow and meditation, psychological eye, site specific exploration etc. “These were full day workshops at Mhalwada, Painguinim in Canacona district for persons above 18 years of age and the entire exercise was successful,” stated Keatan Jadhav, founder, Theatre Flamingo.
