The South Goa District and Sessions Court has dismissed the bail application moved by accused Omkar Patil in the Swapnil Walke murder case.
Investigating Officer C L Patil informed that the Crime branch had vehemently opposed the bail plea of accused Omkar Patil on grounds that the accused was part of the conspiracy hatched by the accused persons in the case.
The accused had moved the South Goa Sessions Court last month after he was arrested by the Goa police in connection with the cold-blooded murder of Swapnil Walke on September 2.
Accused Omkar Patil is presently under judicial custody.
