Webinar on post-Covid recovery with nature cure

The International Institute of Mahayoga and Natural Hygiene (IMANAH) is offering a five-day webinar on post Covid recovery with nature cure from May 21-25 between 7-8 pm. The webinar will be conducted by Dr Arun Sharma, N D, director, IMANAH, USA. The first session “ Understanding Covid from nature’s perspective “ will explain the cause of the disease, role of positive thoughts and rest as well as healing with nature’s elements. The second session will focus on natural foods, connecting with the ‘earth’ element, what to eat on an everyday basis and what to eat when unwell as well as connecting with the ‘ether’ element through fasting. The third session will be on non-violent exercise, focussing on the ‘air’ element, when to exercise and when not to, lung health exercises and blood circulation exercises. Session four will speak on ‘water therapies’ while connecting with ‘water’ element, tona, abdominal water pack, spinal bath etc. Session five is based on ‘sun therapy’ which will allow the participants to connect with the ‘sun’ element, sun bathing, sun gazing and drinking sun-charged water.
