As part of the upcoming consecration ceremony at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya on January 22, the BJP has organized a cleanliness drive at all religious institutions across Goa.
BJP President Sadanand Shet Tanavade said that temples, churches, and mosques will be cleaned as a part of the drive, by January 21.
While criticizing the Opposition for viewing the ceremony as an election agenda, Tanavade however stated that the party symbol would be flagged at these locations during the cleanliness drive.
The consecration at the 'Janmasthan' aligns with the BJP's 'mandir wahin banayenge' campaign, as it comes just before the 2024 elections announcement.
