CANACONA:
Canacona police have booked a resident of Palolem on charges of assault and wrongful restraint of another person over a property dispute.
According to Canacona police, Deepesh Pagi of Palolem is alleged to have assaulted Jayesh Anant Pagi of Nagarcem after wrongfully restraining him while Jayesh was on the way towards his ancestral house at Palolem. The victim sustained multiple injuries in the incident. Canacona PSI Ramdas Doifode is carrying out further investigation.
