30-yr-old Uttarakhand man found dead at Morjim

A 30-year-old Uttarakhand man working at a cafe was found dead on the beach at Tembwada in Morjim on Saturday.

A police team went to the site and suspected that a deceased, identified as Kamal Arya Ram, had drowned in the sea.

Enquiries revealed that the Ram was a helper at a cafe in Tembwada and was residing at the cafe.

Further enquiries with the hotel staff revealed that Ram was depressed due to family issues and was found drunk and moving on the beach later night after his work.

The police ruled out foul play and sent the body for an autopsy at the GMC hospital. Police have registered a case under Section 174 CrPC and LPSI Sumedha Naik is investigating the case.
