AAI, Indigo 91.9 FM launch Goa Airport Radio at Dabolim

Airports Authority of India (AAI) and Indigo 91.9 FM have come together to launch Goa Airport Radio at Dabolim Airport. Of all the airports operated by AAI, Dabolim Airport has become the first airport, where travellers will be able to listen to a specially curated radio station.
Thanks to the tie-up, Indigo 91.9 FM will play specially curated music for passengers at the airport. Moreover, Goa Airport Radio will also have an exclusive jockey, who would interact with passengers and also announce the flight-related information while playing passengers' favourite music.
B C H Negi, Airport Director, Dabolim Airport, said, "Goa Airport is unique in terms of the kind of passengers it handles. As per the demographic data, more that 65% of the passengers are below 40 years of age at this airport. Keeping the passenger profile in mind and to improve the customer experience, AAI has decided to launch the radio station at Goa airport in association with Indigo 91.9FM."
Satyanaryana Murthy, Chief Executive Officer, Indigo 91.9 FM, said, "We are excited to be partnering with the Goa International Airport to offer Radio As A Service (RAAS). As an international radio station, we at Indigo 91.9 FM have always endeavoured to offer niche services and we are proud to be pioneering this next level of content creation on radio."
