Goa University’s Directorate of Student Placement and Alumni Relations (DSPAR) organised the Annual Alumni Meet recently. A total of 95 alumni attended the event.
The Chief Guest for the event was Dr Anand Fadte, an Alumnus, CEO at PieStudy, and AI Researcher, Pune. The Keynote Speaker was Prof. T. S. Keshava Prasad, an Alumnus, Professor, and Deputy Director - CSBMM, Yenepoya Research Center, Mangaluru. Prof. Harilal B. Menon, Vice-Chancellor and Prof. V. S. Nadkarni, Registrar also addressed the alumni during the meet.
The Alumni Meet provided a platform for former students to reconnect, network, and celebrate their shared experiences. The event included updates on institutional developments, talks from the guest speakers, and recognition of outstanding alumni for their contributions. The evening also featured entertainment followed by a dinner, allowing alumni to reminisce and interact with one another.
In addition to celebrating achievements, the event also focused on charitable activities and fundraising, encouraging alumni to give back to their alma mater.
