PANAJI: The ISEAF's Indo-German Board of Technical Education has announced a three-month course in 'Bakery and Confectionary' at the Holy Cross Indo German Terchno-Centre in Marna-Siolim. VASCO Chairman of Goa Citizens Welfare Trust (CWT) and Dadleancho Ekvotto Michael T Ferns on Sunday released the musical CD 'Carnival 2016' by Agnelo D’Costa.
