St Andre MLA Viresh Borkar has hit out at the statements of former MLA Francisco Silveira and St Lawrence ZP member Dhaku Madkaikar over claims that they met CM for availing jobs for their candidates.
“The statements made by them raises question whether the Staff Selection Committee is only for namesake and whether the recruitment is done through political influence,” Borkar questioned and urged the CM to clarify on these statements.
“The statements further undermines whether the government jobs are only for the BJP cadre,” Borkar quipped and sought suo motu vigilance inquiry against the two.
