Capable second line of leaders in BJP: Shripad

PANAJI: Union Ayush Minister, Shripad Naik on Thursday said there was a capable second line of leadership in the Goa unit of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Naik comments came a day after Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar spoke to media editors on the need to look for quality leaders for the future.
"I think what the Chief Minister must have said is that the second line of leaders need to be encouraged to take up leadership roles," Naik said when asked to comment on Parrikar's reported expression.
