PANAJI: Panaji town police on Thursday registered a complaint of chain-snatching against two unknown persons under Section 356, 379 read with 34 of Indian penal code. Two unknown accused riding a two-wheeler snatched a chain approximately worth Rs 15,000 from Fatima Khazi (38) at around 3 pm, near Tonca Caranzalem. PSI Kishor Raman is investigating the matter further.
