CLAPS camps for students
PANAJI: CLAPS India is organising events for students from LKG to Std IX. The overnight 'Mission Action' camp for students of Std V to Std IX will be held at Nirmal Nature at Quepem on April 23 and 24. The camp involves rope climbing, monkey bridge, tunnel crossing, etc, along with games, sports, morning treks, bird watching, etc. The camp aims to build leadership and team skills. A special event Picnico is being held for students of LKG to Std IV from 8.15 am to 12.15 pm on April 28, for students of Margao and Vasco and on April 29, for students of Panjim, Ponda and Porvorim. The children will stop at different spots and have activities at Island View at Utorda. They will be involved in team activities including Draw Master, music-masti, action games, creato, etc.
