The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) Goa President Nilesh Salkar has sought Chief Minister Pramod Sawant's intervention on the State government’s move to make their approval mandatory for granting conversion Sanad for the area above 1,000 sq metres.
"We are given to understand that a note is being moved to refer conversion Sanad Files for areas more than 1000 sq. metres to the government for approval.”
“If this is true, it will definitely undo all positive sentiments that are present among the stakeholders. We urge the chief minister to study this matter and take a pragmatic decision which will keep the sector high," said Salkar.
