Customs heads to meet

India will be hosting a meeting between the head of Customs administrators from different countries in Asia and Europe on October 8 and 9, at Hotel Cidade de Goa. This is the first time that India will be hosting this meeting, confirmed Pawan Kumar Sinha, Commissioner of Customs, Goa.
The event is called Asia Europe Meeting (ASEM), wherein the directors general-commissioners of Customs of various countries will meet to strengthen dialogue and co-operation between countries in politics, economy and culture. Trade facilitation is going to be very high on the agenda.
