Emphasising the importance of a healthy living, Flag Officer Commanding Goa Naval Area Rear Admiral Philipose G Pynumootil said he has been cycling to his office everyday since the last one year.
“In Goa, we are blessed as far as roads and terrain are concerned and I think the government can try and develop cycling tracks along the roadsides like we have in European countries.”
“I personally stopped using a car and cycle to my office everyday since the last one year. If all of us decide to use cycles, we can go a long way in being healthy as well," said Rear Adm Pynumootil.
