Fatorda police have arrested the remaining two accused in the Ali Khan murder case at the Gulistant Majid premises in January last year.
Sources said the police arrested the accused Mehboob Makandar and Allaudin Sayed, in connection with the murder case.
The case is being investigated under Section 103 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) for murder, along with Section 61 relating to criminal conspiracy and other applicable provisions.
SP, South Tikam Singh said the Fatorda police have already arrested many persons in connection with the murder case. “These two accused have been absconding after the murder. They have been arrested last night”, he added.
