MARGAO: One person was rushed to the Hospicio hospital after he was assaulted with a koita near the KTC bus stand here late Friday.
The injured has claimed that he was assaulted by a four-member group led by a history-sheeter when he was eating omlet pav.
The victim has sustained injuries on both his hands and is convalescing at the Hospicio.
Fatorda PI Navlesh Desai informed that police run inspector has been dispatched to the hospital to record the statement of the victim.
