Geno Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd was presented with the Quality Excellence Award from the Indian Drug Manufacturers' Association (IDMA).

Dr V K Subburaj, Secretary, Dept of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, presented the Silver Medal award to Geno Pharmaceuticals at the 54th Annual Day celebrations of IDMA (Indian Drug Manufacturers' Association) in Mumbai on January 23.

Dr Sagar Salgaocar, executive director of Geno Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd, and other company executives were present at the function.

Toothpaste worth Rs 6,000 stolen at Kundaim

PONDA: Toothpaste worth Rs 6,000 was stolen from a warehouse at IDC Kundaim. According to Ponda Police, Pritesh Gaonkar of Curti-Ponda complained that unknown persons stole two boxes of Colgate toothpaste from the warehouse at IDC Kundaim, worth Rs 6,000. Police registered an offence under Section 380 of Indian Penal Code and is investigating the case.
