Tiswadi Mamlatdar Rahul Dessai informed that election to the Dhado Khazan tenants association was held by following due procedure and to comply with the HC order.
“The elections are held as per the procedure established and as per HC directives,” Dessai stated.
“The applicant had approached the court to stay the election, but HC allowed the election to be held,” he further said and informed that the outcome of the election can be challenged.
“The HC has said that aggrieved farmers can challenge the election and it is the right of the farmer,” Dessai added.
