The case, which was posted for hearing on Tuesday, 19 September, could not be heard in the absence of the advocate of the alleged accused in this case, one Vikat Bhagat.
During the previous hearing of this case, relevant CCTV footage in this connection was submitted to the Court after which the case was posted for further hearing on Tuesday, 19 September.
It will now be heard on 28 September for framing of charges.
