Holy Cross HS Siolim gets 95% result
PANAJI: The Holy Cross High School in Siolim achieved 95.91 percent result in the SSC exams. In all 49 students appeared for the exams. The student achieved 7 Distinctions, 7 First Class, 19 Second Cass and 17 Pass Class.
Amisha Kerkar topped the school with 92.33 per cent while Lizanne Fernandes came in second with 92.16 percent.
The school was established in 1933 on land donated by the parents of Mother Beatrice and Sr Zita Ameida. The first headmistress was Mother Josfphine. The school celebrated its platinum jubilee in 2008.
