Investment fraud: Court reserves order on bail applications

The South Goa Sessions Court on Wednesday reserved order on the bail applications filed by the four persons arrested by the Economic Offences Cell in connection with the alleged Ranggeeta Enterprises investment fraud case.

After hearing the applications filed by the four accused persons, Special Judge, South Irshad Agha posted the matter for orders on August 8.

In the meantime, the court has remanded all the four accused persons to nine days of judicial custody.

The Economic Offenses Cell had arrested the four persons in connection with the alleged investment fraud.
