out of jail
MARGAO: Kamakshi Forex owner Nilesh Raikar was finally out of jail on Saturday, days after the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Margao, had ordered his release on bail.
His lawyer Adv Rajiv Gomes confirmed that his client finally came out of jail after he furnished sureties as per the condition laid down by the court.
In the meantime, beleaguered Kamakshi Forex depositors had a meeting in the city here on Saturday to take stock of the situation after the court granted Nilesh bail and his willingness to meet the depositors.
