Mahashivratri held at Taleigao
PANAJI: Om Shiv mandir at Shivnagar, Oitiyant, Taliegao, celebrated Mahashivratri, where abhishek of Lord Shiva started at 5 am followed by other rituals, attended by devotees in large numbers. Special puja (Laghurudra) was performed by the temple secretory Farharilal Vishwakarma and his wife.
IN the evening, different games were organized for children where prizes were sponsored by the temple committee president Chandrakant Kunkolkar & member Divakar Sawant, followed by bhajan and arti.
