PONDA: The body of an unidentified man was found lying by the roadside at Kerye-Khandepar, Ponda, on Tuesday night.
Ponda Police Inspector Sudesh Naik informed that the police was alerted about the incident and found the body lying by the roadside.
The middle-aged man was found wearing a greyish-coloured jeans, a white full-sleeved shirt and a sweater.
The police could not identify the deceased, as he did not possess any ID card.
Though the Ponda police has registered the case as a unnatural death, investigations are also being carried out regarding other possibilites into the death.
