A man in his thirties was found murdered at Malim on Saturday evening.
The incident came to light at about 6 pm, when the body was found near the fish shed under the bridge.
A police team led by Porvorim PI Rahul Parab went to the spot and noticed injuries on the head and other part of the body. Police suspect the man had been murdered.
After a panchanama, the body was sent to the Goa Medical College Hospital at Bambolim for postmortem.
Police has registered a case of murder and PI Parab is investigating the case under the guidance of DySP Vishwesh Karpe and SP North Akshat Kaushal.
