Margao Midtown Rotary win multiple awards

Margao club wins awards
PANAJI: Rotary Club of Margao Midtown won a number of awards at a function held to felicitate the best performers for 2014-15, ‎ at the 57th district conference of RI District 3170 held at Kholapur.
Dr Lenny Da Costa won the District award for Best President - Large Club as well as Governor's award for light up Rotary president. AG Smita Keni was awarded the Governor's Outstanding award for her tenure as assistant governor. The Club also bagged District awards for best in community service, best monthly bulletin, best in TRF programmes, best in club service, best charter day-night celebrations, reaching the unreached, best in public relations.
The club was judged in the large club category in the district consisting of 124 clubs spread over southern Maharahstra, northern Karnataka and Goa. Past president Kalyan Banerjee and president's representative PDG Ajay Gupta distributed the awards.
