A day after a side railing of the Paroda bridge got washed away due to flooding of the Kushawati river, authorities reacted swiftly and installed metal barricades as a precautionary measure to prevent any mishaps.
Due to heavy monsoon showers over the last two days, concrete railings on one side of the bridge got washed away, posing a grave threat to motorists and pedestrians using the bridge.
Realising the danger, authorities installed metal barricades and this quick action has been appreciated by the public.
