Minister proposes development of Sattari, other areas under GSUDA

Urban Development Minister Vishwajit Rane has proposed the development, enhancement and beautification of Sattari and other parts of Goa in a review meeting of Goa State Urban Development Agency (GSUDA) held with a group of consultants involved in various projects under this agency.

Rane, who chaired the meeting, revealed that the discussion focused on the advancement of several ongoing projects in Sattari taluka and different parts of Goa.

“These projects encompass the enhancement and beautification of various open spaces. Besides, we will also focus on the expansion of roads, the development of green hubs in different census towns as well as municipal areas, pathways, walkways and footpaths, among other things,” he said.

The minister also suggested creating quality infrastructure for the youth by developing sports facilities, among other things. “Our aim is to pave the way for a better lifestyle and enhanced quality of life through development and infrastructure advancements. I have instructed the team to ensure timely execution of the said projects, aiming to replicate similar development prototypes across Goa,” he added.
