Minister reviews amenities along Salcete beach belt

Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte made his presence felt at the Salcete beach belt during the weekend to take review of the facilities and amenities.
After visiting Benaulim, the Tourism Minister descended at Cavelossim beach where he took a review of the amenities along with Cavelossim Sarpanch Dixon Vaz, president of Goa Beach Shack owners Society Cruz Cardozo and others.
The Cavelossim Sarpanch underscored the need to strengthen the sanitation facilities at the Cavelossim-Mobor beach belt and its upkeep and maintenance.
The Sarpanch also called for the beautification of the beach belt, with proper illumination.
Vaz later told the media that the Minister has accepted the request of the panchayat to tone up the sanitation amenity at the beach belt and take up beautification and illumination.
