A minor boy from Uttar Pradesh, working in a pharmaceutical company at Usgao, was held for allegedly assaulting two co-workers with iron rods.
According to Ponda Police, the incident occurred in the wee hours of Wednesday when the two injured persons were sleeping in the company's rest room. The accused, who also used to sleep in the same room, allegedly assaulted the duo.
Tulshidas Gawade (35) and Pandurang Gawade (28), both from Usgao, were injured and were shifted to GMC Hospital in Bambolim for medical treatment. The minor boy was shifted to Apna Ghar. Ponda Police is investigating the case.
