Vibrant Samudra, a group of young entrepreneurs working in different fields such as sports, cultural and social, has reached out to Margao Municipal Council Chief Officer Agnelo Fernandes offering help to reach out to citizens in times of distress.
Margao Fatorda and Curtorim wards of MMC have seen a large number of covid cases and panicked citizens knocking on the Chief Officer’s door as hospitals and other medical facilities are full.
Chief Officer Agnelo informed that Vibrant Samudra group has pledged to donate 25 beds to the MMC move to setting up of Covid centres in Margao.
Vibrant Samudra Chairman, Abhijit Sawant, has assured the MMC CO full assistance and co-operation to reach out to citizens through its team who have managed to organise the funds through its board members, team and collective efforts of GAFA (Goa Advisors Financial Association), IFA’s independent financial advisors, mutual fund distributors, AMCS Asset Management companies, and BNI Samudra members.
Margao city has 2500 active virus cases and the MMC CO has responded to the calls of citizens in the best manner possible.
The CO has given a call to Margao’s business community and citizens to come out and assist the MMC to render timely medical assistance at this crucial juncture for the suffering citizenry.
