Natekar heads temple panel

PANAJI: Gurudas B Natekar, Mahajan of Shri Maharudra Saunthan was appointed as president of the general sabha of the mahajans to conduct the election of the committee (Karyakari Mandal) of the said temple. The election is scheduled on February 14, at 10 am in the temple to elect the committee for 2016 to 2019.

Earlier Natekar was elected as president unopposed along with his committee for three terms. Elections were held regularly and Gurudas and his committee were elected unopposed for the last nine years.

During his tenure the entire temple of Shri Maharudra was completed. Shri Hanuman Natyagruha was also renovated and inaugurated. Shri Sajjangad Sankul of the said temple was also built .
