No-trust move defeated at Kalay
CURCHOREM: Vaishali Naik and Kishor Rama Gauns Dessai will continue to serve as sarpanch and deputy sarpanch respectively at Kalay after a no-confidence motion moved against them was defeated on Monday.
At the meeting, Vaishali Naik and Kishore Gauns Dessai got the support of five panchas each. Panch Vilas Bicholkar voted against them, while Balu Rekdo remained neutral.
Besides the sarpanchand her deputy, Santosh Gaonkar, Nayan Shelke, Vishant Khutkar, Vilas Bicholkar and Balu Rekdo were present for the meeting.
