The Colva police have claimed to have caught red handed a native of Odisha for possessing flowery like substance suspecting to be ganja.
Weighing around 438 grams, the substance is valued around Rs 43,800 in the market.
Colva police informed that the accused James Lima s/o Bibhu Das, aged 29 years, native of
Odisha was caught red handed near a Chapel at Botlem ward, Seraulim.
The accused has been booked under section 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act.
