With only two days left to submit enumeration forms, 774 forms are still to be collected and digitised under the State’s ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
The Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Goa on Tuesday said that a total of 11,84,260 enumeration forms ” 99.93 per cent of all forms ” have been collected and uploaded so far.
Out of 11,85,034 existing electors, 774 enumeration forms are still pending. The last date for submission is December 11.
The CEO said electors can also submit their forms online through the voter portal: voters.eci.gov.in.
The period for filing claims and objections will now continue until January 15, 2026. The final voters’ list will be published on February 14, instead of February 7.
Around 90,000 electors have been identified as absent, shifted, dead, or duplicate voters. In addition, around 2.20 lakh unmapped voters will receive notices asking them to prove their citizenship.
