Director of Information and Publicity Srinet Kothawale has been posted as the Managing Director of GSIDC while T S Sawant the Managing Director of the Goa Housing Board has been selected to take his place. Rodrigues, meanwhile, is expected to be appointed as MD of Goa Solid Waste Management Corporation.
Siddhivinayak Naik, posted as the Additional Inspector General of Prisons has been given additional charge of Managing Director of the Goa Housing Board in additional to his existing duties which includes functioning as the Inspector General of Prisons and OSD to the Minister of Housing. Other officers transferred includes that of Anju Kerkar who has been given additional charge as the undersecretary in the office of the Minister of Urban Development in addition to her duties as undersecretary (Law and Establishment).
Akshay Potekar has been appointed as the General Manager of GIDC in addition to his duties as dy registrar of Cooperative Societies (Admin).
Deputy Collector and Sub Divisional Officer of Pernem Sudhir Kerkar shall hold additional charge of Deputy Commissioner of CCP and Shripad Arlekar shall hold additional charge of Ravindra Bhavan Sanquelim.
Sanjit relieved as MD of GSIDC
The State government has effected transfers of senior scale officers with significant changes being that Managing Director of the Goa Infrastructure Development Corporation Sanjit Rodrigues, who held the post for several years has been relieved of charge.
