Screening of Konkani film held
PANAJI: BNI Mandovi recently organized a private screening of the award winning Konkani film ‘Enemy’ on June 29, at ESG Marquinez Palace.
Quadros Motors Goa was the principle sponsors along with BNI president Vrushali Parsekar.
The special guest was Damu Naik, chairman of ESG. The producer of the film A Durgaprasad and music composer Schubert Cotta were also present.
Vrushali Parsekar compered the programme.
Chloe Furtado felicitatedPANAJI: Chloe Maria Furtado of St Mary of Angels High School Chinchinim with a score of 531/600 stood first among the students of schools of Chinchinim village. She was awarded Eng Gabriel S Rodrigues Scholarship till completion of science degree course. She also receives 19 other prizes instituted under PCTrust. Chloe is a sportswoman and has participated in Squay Martial Arts at taluka, district, State and national level.
