Shortage, muddy water supply continues in parts of Bardez


MAPUSA: Shortage and muddy supply of water continues to haunt Mapusa  and parts of Bardez despite recent promises made by the PWD minister  and the concerned PWD officials. 

Surprisingly, despite Goa witnessing vigorous monsoon and rainfall  quota crossing the normal mark, complaints of shortage of water came  from different areas of Bardez. 

“Despite making several complaints we continue to get poor supply of  water in Siolim. The muddy colour of water is also disturbing. The PWD  staff appears clueless about the problem,” said Gregory D’Souza of  Siolim-Marna.
