Sathya Mahamuni, a devotee of God Maruti, has gone through many stages of spirituality and meditation during the last fifty years of his life.
He is a man of a very simple lifestyle with a brilliant personality. He presents his thoughts on spirituality in Malayalam language but in simple words. Many people from different levels of society, from junior staff to big scientists consider Santosh Swami as their spiritual guru. For the last several years, Swamiji has been giving free spiritual and meditation lessons to his disciples. As Swamiji says, “Life in the age of science is like a ship lost in the ocean. The two valleys that give them the right direction are spirituality and meditation!”
Swamiji, a keen student of spirituality and meditation, is himself against rituals and superstitions. Swamiji says that we can find the Lord in ourselves through meditation without spending lakhs of rupees for God, without searching for God in different places. That is why Swamiji insists that we should give food to the poor without giving any donation.
Many examples of how energy can be transferred through meditation, such as stunning a person on the spot, throwing an object or a person at a long distance without touching it, curing many patients' vitiligo, mental illness by looking at them for just a day or two, has been proved by Swami.
