St Thomas feast celebrated at school

High School celebrates the Feast of its Patron.

PANAJI: St Thomas High School, Cansaulim celebrated the feast of its patron on July 4.

The day began with an Eucharistic celebration where the manager Fr Jean de Cruz Fernandes, in his homily, urged the students to inculcate the virtues of St Thomas like humility and obedience in their lives.

This was followed by a farewell programme for a retired primary teacher and two transferred teachers. Welcome song, speeches, sharing of experiences and flowers followed. The function ended with the inauguration of the smart room. The day ended with a small fellowship programme of the St Thomas family.
