PONDA: A couple and their 11-year-old daughter were injured in a collision between a scooter and police crane at Farmagudi-Ponda on Thursday evening.
According to Ponda Police, the police crane (GA-01-G-0903) was proceeding towards Panaji, while the three injured Chandan Naik Pednekar (33), Bindiya (27) and Sehjal from Oxel-Siolim were proceeding from the opposite direction on their scooter (GA-03-AA-0449).
The couple was seriously injured, while their daughter sustained minor injuries. They were shifted to GMC Hospital in Bambolim. Ponda Police is investigating the case.
