Traffic signages notified at Margao
PANAJI: The south District Magistrate, in public interest has notified traffic signages as 'Rumbler Stripes,' 'Drive Slow,' ‘Y’ Junction Ahead,' 'Overtaking Prohibited, and '40 Speed Limit,' and also directed authorities to erect cautionary signboards demarcating the location.
Thick rumbler stripes 10 each, on Varca road 20 meters before Khareband junction in Margao and on Colva road 20 meters before Khareband junction in Margao have been notified. Drive aslow signage 'Y' junction ahead, on all three approach roads 40 mtrs prior to Khareband junction and overtaking prohibited and 40 speed limit on Khareband bridge, 20 mtrs on either side.
