A number of trees were destroyed in a fire at Soji in Goa Velha on Wednesday.
According to reports, a fire broke out in the property belonging to Francis Periera alias Rego. He immediately informed the fire brigade, who rushed to the site and doused the fire. St Andre sarpanch Jagdish Bhobe also visited the site.
On Tuesday, a number of trees were also destroyed in a fire at agri park at Pilar.
