Chief Minister, Pramod Sawant on Thursday said police investigation was going on in the Vilas Mather murder case and very soon the mastermind will be known.

"The investigation in the Porvorim murder case is going on. We cannot divulge all the details but I have full faith in my police. Very soon we will know who is the mastermind in the case," Sawant said while attending a private function to inaugurate a jewelry shop in Mapusa.

The CM also said that development works were held up for the last seven months due to pandemic but the government will take up pending works like the bus-stand and the market refurbishing project in Mapusa.
