Workshop on management skills
PANAJI: CII Goa will conduct a two-day workshop for 'Enhancing Management Skills on Employee Motivation & Daily Work Management and What Makes a Great Manager on September 29 and 30 at Panaji.
The focus of the prog would be to understand the perspectives of employment, employment motivation and engagement at work, identify and drive a culture for the self-motivated employees and healthy work management practices.
The faculty for the workshop is Sunder Rajan who is a renowned HRM management consultant and trainer, who has served in leading Indian & MNC manufacturing sectors.
